Established in 1993, Leipai is professional in manufaturing motor and auto locks and accessaries. The company is located in China Auto Parts Town, Rui'an Zhejiang.
Our company is expert in lock researching, manufaturing and trading, which has been the motor and auto parts association council unit of Rui'an city. Approximately,in area, it covers about 32,000 square meters. Until now, it has obtained three new practical patents of ignitions and a patent of packing design. From 1998 on, continuously, Leipai was regarded as the top brand of Rui'an city, the brilliant corporation in 2000 and the products was insured by People's Insurance Company of China. That passed ISO9001 Quality System in 2001 has blended into the global standard successfully. In 2008, it starts to run the ISO/TS16949 Quality System.
Our total employees is about 450, among whom there are a member of skilled workers and excellent managers and talent technicians. All of these are serving for the products and the customers all over the world. Up to this time, our company has been owning above 10 pipelinings for motorcycle locks, two for automobile locks and one for painting. Based on more than 300 facilities and advanced COTS, we recommended CAD/CAM manufacture system in time.The annual capacity of Auomobile locks is 20,000, motorcycle locks is 4 million, E-bike locks is 1.5 million, and the accessaries is about 10 million.
We have been the supplier of HONDA LOCK, LIFAN, ZONGSHEN, LONGXIN, JIALING, QINGQI, DAYANG AND GEELY GROUP in the mainland. Basing ourselves on the home market, we thrash ourselves to participate the worldwide competition actively, then some parts of the products have been sold to Taiwan, Southeast Asia, Middle East, South America, and South Africa. We coorperated with Geely Group in 2007, when we started to develop automobile locks. From then on, it has been a milestone during Leipai development history .
